Event and Registration Policies


Payments
Payment is due immediately.  You can pay using PayPal or if by check, contact pdc@sdcrid.org

Refunds
Full refunds will be granted if the request is made in writing and within 14 days of the event or 30 days after payment is made, whichever is sooner.  PayPal payments will be refunded through there less the processing fees.  Other payment types will be refunded by check.  No partial refunds.  Email refund requests to treasurer@sdcrid.org  (cc: pdc@sdcrid.org if it is a workshop).

Registration
Full payment must be made to confirm registration.  To be eligible for early bird pricing, payment must be made or postmarked by the last day of early bird pricing availability.  Once the deadline has passed, your registration may be cancelled and you will need to re-register at the regular price.

Transferring registration
You may transfer your registration to another attendee by emailing pdc@sdcrid.org no less than 12 hours prior to the event.  

Workshop Attendance

Per RID guidelines, CEUs will not be awarded to participants arriving more than 10 minutes after the start time or leaving more than 5 minutes before the scheduled end time.  There are no partial CEUs.


Consent to Photograph

SDCRID may occasionally photograph meetings, workshops, or other events for publicity and/or archives.  By attending an SDCRID event, you acknowledge and consent to being photographed.  Please let us know in advance  if you have any issues with this policy.  The intent is to promote/ document SDCRID events.  No formal audio/ video recording will be taken by SDCRID unless otherwise noted in the event description.
