Event and Registration Policies


Payments
Payment is due immediately. Once  you fill out the registration information on this site you will be directed to PayPal to make your payment online. If you prefer to pay by check you may send it to the address listed below. Mailed in payments should be postmarked the same day as you register. Failure to do so may result in cancelled registration (see Registration below.)

Refunds
Full refunds will be granted if the request is made:
1. in writing (email is acceptable- please send to treasurer@sdcrid.org  & PDC@sdcrid.org if it is for a workshop) and
2. within 14 days of the event or 60 days after payment is made, whichever comes first.
Payments made through PayPal will also be refunded through PayPal less the processing fees. Other payment types will be sent a check.
No partial refunds are granted.

Registration
Registration is pending until full payment is made. In order to be eligible for Early Bird pricing payment must be made or postmarked by the last day of Early Bird pricing availability. Once the pricing tier date has passed your registration may be cancelled and you will need to reregister and pay the new price.

Transferring registration
If you are unable to attend the event you may transfer your registration to another attendee by notifying us by email no less than 12 hours prior to the event. Emails should be sent to pdc@sdcrid.org.

Workshop Attendance
Per RID guidelines CEUs will not be awarded to participants arriving more than 10 minutes after the event start time, nor will CEUs be awarded to participants leaving the event more than 5 minutes before the scheduled end time. Partial CEUs are not awarded for SDCRID sponsored events.
