Billieanne McLellan (CI, CT, NIC) A San Diego native, I graduated from Mesa College's Interpreter Training Program in 1994. I work as a freelance interpreter here in San Diego and run Sign911 Interpreting. I served as the SDCRID Certification/ Evaluation Chair (2006-2009), on the Professional Development Committee (SDCRID 2006-2009), and as Professional Development Chair (2009-2010.)
