SDCRID is very excited to announce we are seeking to recruit mentors and mentees for this year's cycle of the 2019-2020 SDCRID Mentorship Program!

The flexibility of our program allows mentorship pairs to meet on their own time online or in person without workin an on-going job with a mentee. Mentorship pairs may also work for schools, colleges, and agencies throughout San Diego County in order to schedule an ongoing job for the Fall Semester 2019 while meeting outside of their job for learning, feedback, mentorship activities.

The SDCRID Mentorship Program, along with some of the Partners and sponsors, is providing intensive training workshops for mentors focused on ethics, diagnostics, and how to talk about the work in order to train and prepare our mentors for success in working with their mentees. CEUs and ACETs will be provided for participants at no cost for all workshops, trainings, and dedicated mentorship activities (up to 2.0 CEUs for mentorship time.)

If you are excited about the opportunities and benefits provided by mentorship and feel you have the time to commit to the trainings, mentorship process, and meet the program requirements, please contact us at mentorship@sdcrid.org. The mentee application and requirements are posted on the Mentee tab.

Please send any questions to mentorship@sdcrid.org.

Sincerely,
